Picking a Server

I've fairly new, only played since F2P launch, but since have become premium buying Delera's, Restless Isles, Necro 3 and 4, and Twilight Vale along with 32 point builds. I started on Thelanis but then moved to Orien server as I figured it'd be a better place to be a newbie. No problem until recently, hitting the highest lvl i've obtained at 11, I really struggling to find groups. I am in a guild and also put up LFM in Social tab, but the population seems so drastically sparse. I've been in parties for an hour with 2 or 3 of us hoping anyone would join in.

I'm looking for suggestions on which server I should try, mostly for easier grouping. I dont mind PUGs as static groups are too hard for me to manage specific times when I'd be available. I'm reluctant to go, as I really like my build and dumped a store bought +2 all stats tome into her (10Rng/1Rog) but I'd rather enjoy the game that sitting around waiting uselessly in hopes of a group forming for a quest.

What time of day do you play? If you are in a "north american" timezone and tend to play evenings, any of the older servers should be fine.

An option to starting over if you do want to move is for $25 they will move your char to any server except Cannith and Orien.
