View Full Version : Used a gamecard, nothing.

After using a gamecard I purchased from paybycash, and waiting 24 hours, I have received no VIP, and when I log in my account says "free account." I also have tried submitting a ticket for this to account management, but when i hit submit it takes me to a "page load error" screen. Just hoping to get this resolved and get my VIP as soon as possible, thanks.
Edit:Was able to support a ticket using a different computer, hope it works.

Hope they help you with the ticket issue! (i think its the only bug i dont have ¬¬)

Do you have the game card payment option to enter the game card key?
I had to enter a product key to get the game card payment option.

Yeah i'm with the same problem, used a GTC that gives me 2 months of VIP 3 days ago and still nothing. I didn't even received the confirmation email that my account was upgraded to VIP!
And for what i can see, my ticket will only get a response next year! Probably will be my first and last time spending money with this game.

Please see this post (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=200500) about GTCs. Unfortunately we can't fix individual accounts via the forums. We are working on a long term resolution for this, but in the interim we are happy to assist manually.

I'm not happy with the "manually assistance" i can't use the phone call cause it will cost me a lot just to fix something that shouldn't be broken in the first place. I really don't think it's normal for wait 3 weeks, or more as i believe it will take to fix it. For something that i already paid for and was expecting to play on my vacations. If the demands is to high, hire more people to do the job. It's basics market knowledge.
As i can see on this forum it's a common problem the GTC bug and we already paid you guys. Are we supposed to wait over a month to receive for what we paid for? And what will happen for that month i'm not receiving your service? My Turbine points?
I will bump this post until i get my account fixed and discourage other's to use the GTC as it is a annoyance instead of a safe way or comfortable way to pay for.
