A minor but blatant problem:
The food vendor on the Island of Lost Dreams is selling items that are completely inappropriate for a barbaric tribe in a desolated wasteland.

At a minimum, they should sell food items as found on the Restless Isles.

As a separate thing, it might be interesting if a vendor there sold Glass-tipped arrows.

Would be nice as there is no way to bypass crystal DR as a ranged combat user.

Edit: assuming metalline won't make an arrow crystal.

assuming metalline won't make an arrow crystal.

Metalline states it transmutes the weapon to bypass metal based DR, so there is the likelihood that it won't turn into crystal for the purposes of bypassing crystal-based DR. If this is true then this makes it more desirable for the drow to sell glass-tipped arrows.
