32 points and veteran status

May be that I am being ambitious, but tell me:

Is it possible to combine 32 points build and veteran status on the same character? In other words if I purchase both can I create a 32 points character at lvl 4? If so, will I receive one more point for lvl 4?

If you buy a 32 point build and the vet status then yes.

I thought that vet status purchase was only after getting a character up to a certain point...like after the turtorial, but I don't know, I bought it after re-rolling several characters and didn't want to have to deal with Korthos anymore.

You can also earn vet status with 1000 favor and 32 pt with 1750 favor.

Purchasing just unlocks it accross all servers where earning only is for that server...if I understand correctly.

The one more point...if it referrs to the stat increase is yes...you will get the stat increase at lvl 4.
