I am having a similar issue. I can purchase a +10 space, but not a +20 space.

There is no +20. The basic shared bank is 20. You can then buy +10 for a total of 30 slots.

Ah! I see now. I am sure this registered in some people's (me for instance) brains as being 20 extra slots.

ok so im a noob here so how do i use the shared bank i have found were to get to the slots but when i put things in it they dont appare in the bank for my othere characters and i am in the same server so its not that.

can any one point in in the right direction on how to use the shared bank ???
