Non inscribable lvl 3 spells

Im just about to put my Wiz up to lvl 5 i want to know what scrolls are not easily found or avaliable so i can take them at lvl up.

Just so you are clear on this: all arcane spells are "scribe-able", but only some. or rather most, can be purchased. All can be found from chests, and, so far as I know, no spell of any particular level is any more likely to spawn than any other spell of that level.

chain missle and frost lance are new 3rd level spells that currently are drop-only and IMO both are exceptional to use in the 5-9 level range.
also note the obvious drop-only 4th level spell to grab are firewall and solid fog. dimension door is good to grab eventually too but seems like scrolls of that are easily found.

what you can do (if you have the money) befor leveling up go and buy all arcane scrolls and inscribe them, even the higher level ones. you can inscribe them but not use them yet, but once you reach the level that you can use them, you have them already.
that way you can choose all those you cant buy when you level up

Just the ones you'd get access to during your next level up. As a Lvl 4 mage, you can scribe Level 3 spells, but you will not be able to see them in your spell book 'til you've talked to the trainer and advanced to Lvl 5. During the level up, the 3rd lvl spells not yet scribed will appear as selections available to you.

Or you can "cheat" and choose to learn the drop-only spells on levelling up :p that way you can save time and money finding the rare scrolls.
