Can anybody tell me for sure if the Quiver of Alacrity 1.Stacks with haste and and 2.Works with shuriken? People keep telling me diferent so I wanna be 100 % sure. Thanks

Why would it? You don't put shurikens in a quiver do you?
The only shurikens I use are ones with returning, not going to continually buy the things for a piddly 1d2 damage.

no idea why it does, i guess because its easier to code that it works for every ranged weapon...same as the arcane archer stance works on all ranged attacks too (note the bold part)

No and Yes.
The quivers bonus is an enhancement bonus which is the same as haste.

jurgons color (or whatever that is named, that necky with 10% melee bonus) is alacrity too and doesnt stack with haste
