lvl 11 cleric looking for guild

I have played this game for about 3 weeks already, after coming from wow where i played for about 3 years.
My character is healing spec.
Looking for guild which is GMT+1 or have members playing GMT+1 time. Want to progress in questing and possible raiding.

What is your playstyle? are u a casual player or hardcore? do you like to zerg or see everything? Do you like to play with set people or anyone?

Currently I'm hardcore player, playing more than 12 hours a day, as looking for the job and the job market is quite tight right now, so i think i will be casual after February or so. After February i think i will be playing from 18:00 - 23:00 GMT+1.
Well, first few times of new quest i take it slowly until i know the place well, then i prefer zerging as i think that it is yields greater favor and xp per time.
I would like to see set of people for communication purposes (don't want to be lonely lol), advise and preferably someone to party with when questing. Knowledge of someone you know is advantage when doing various things.
Well, i come from World of Warcraft (Wow) from a guild taking 30th world wide position and I left it because i had to get my degree. Wow was taking all my time, raiding for 8 hours and grinding resources for another 4-5 hours.
Now started to take interest in this game after i finished my degree lol
