A Big Thank You to Rauk/The Harpers

Aside from furnishing me with plenty of answers to my many many n00by questions and being extremely happy for me to pick his brains on a number of matters, he very kindly donated some gear for me and the wife, and the rogue and cleric whom I group with every weekend. Gear he no longer had use for but made a huge difference to us!

In fact that Metalline Greataxe was massively useful in the next quest we'd done - Made to Order! As well as the +1 int tome allowing the rogue to hit 22int to click the optional runes in The Xoriat Cipher, which made his day :)

So a big /shout out to The Harpers and Rauk in particular from my lil band of merry men (and woman!)

Think they use 'fun lube'? It would make it easier to handle the fun maybe. Or maybe just drink a lot of whiskey. Or is whiskey a type of fun lube? Hmmm....

Oh, and I don't think all the Harpers sit when they play. I know some of them have different playing positions. Maybe that is the trick to handling all the fun.

I'm not sure I even want to know what GLOMPING is after reading some of the lube comments above, never mind shadow-humping! Being English, pub crawls are always goood...altho I'm not sure about naked ones, especially this time of year!!!

The gear you provided helped immensely on our next quest in fact! Made To Order with the dozens of Constructs (our first encounters with the Iron ones!) We did get our butts thoroughly kicked by ARN-01D altho eventually ground him down...and we're back at him this weekend and prepared with some devious plan...this time he'll be down in one take... :D That and we've all levelled to 12 now with a Maximised Sorc and some anarchic weapons *grins evilly*
