I have aquestion, while running this last night w/blind tell pug (no offense meant) noticed that some of the chests were empty when I clicked on them. granted it was my first time thru so I am not familiar with it at all. These were at points w/2 chests btw.

Was a decent group no deaths or wipes. My only prob was I couldn't stay close to the group most of the time. run at full speed all the time, so I still know very little of the quest and probably get lost if I went in alone. :rolleyes: still had fun and enjoyed the new quest (to me). Fighting giants for first time was interesting.

As always luv the game and enjoy most people I have grouped with. Hope to make more friends all the time! Have a great day and kick axe!:D

That quest has chests which only contain shards. The shards are used to disable the barriers when fighting
Xantillar to remove some of his buffs (DR, fast regen. etc.). You probably looked in a shard chest after the
shard had been taken.

The only thing I can say for the chests is. Did you arrive in the quest late? If they opened them before you got in that would explain it. If you are talking about the optionals that zone you in and out, I am not sure if those need you to be present in the zone (cave) or just the actual mission. Sometimes I have had a lag spike that made my chest appear empty for a few seconds.

Or as the above mentioned the shard chests could be a culprit as well

BTW all entered at same time so it wasn't a present/not present thing.

The shards are in chests now? I know it's been a while since I ran Stormcleave, but they used to be in bags next to the chests.

Been over a year for you then hasn't it. :) They've been in chests to stop them from not spawning bags for whatever reason. You know, fix one of the many bugs that plagued Stormcleave.

The last 6 times I've been in it, hasn't been bugged in any form.

Yeah, I guess it probably has been pretty close to a year. I try to space out new characters nowadays due to extreme boredom of the lower levels. With enough time between them, they become fun again. Though... wow... a year? Guess it's time to roll a new character, or maybe TR someone.
