connection to the server failed!

Ive been playing DDO for more then a month now and everything was fine until yesterday when my launcher would block just before showing the screen where u enter your name and psw and says; connection to the server failed.
ive let it try to reconnect but it timed out every time. So out of desperation i tried to reinstall the game, and woest me! the launcher jams at getting data centers. but it also now gives me an error code! "the underlying connection was closed: unable to connect to the remote server." ...help?

nvm, just browsed the forums and found that my internet explorer settings had the lan proxy box checked (dunno why this his, seeing as i NEVER played with those settings before) unfortunetly i now have to re-install the game...again!:(

I get the "connection to the server failed" error, I have tried it all, and cannot connect. Can someone help?

same issue.
Few days ago was working fine and now "Connection to server failed" everytime.
Everything else working fine and no clues
