Is there any hope that these will be available for purchase for the holiday season, if ever? I find it really hard to believe that they aren't already available at brick and mortar stores or online outlets.

They're probably giving it some time to see how successful the F2P thing has been. Things have been good so far but they're probably waiting a few more months to see how the long term is. I'm sure if the number of players stays way up then I'm sure they'll offer something like that.

I keep looking for them at gas station I always stop at that has WOW cards.
