Unreliable

I can only log on one of my 10 charachters. All the other get stuck in the loading screen and it dosent load. On my 1 character that i can log on the Chat Server is "Temporaraly Unavailable" and many other things broken. Cant file a ticket, friends on friend list are gone. Wondering whats causing this... I can still /tell on the one character im on and no one else seems to have this issue.
