Help!

This is what I wanted to do: Buy ddo points for a new ultimate Sorc character using a Tome of suprime Ability and a 32 point build. I purchased both at the same time to make this character

I couldnt figure out how to buy the Tome from the Character creation page so I logged into one of my characters that I dont intend to play much so I could buy it - and that is where it is stuck.

I've made it to Stormreach and tried to solve the problem myself. I found that I not mail it, I can't trade it with a 3rd party to get it to where it was intended to do. I've tried the /help command in with various permutations in the game with no luck "1 usage:/userchat# msg" I've asked how to contact a GM on /a with no luck, granted Orion is a new server but still it seems very hard to get to a GM. Not sure what else to do - hopefully someone here can help.

What I'd like:

1) The tome of Supreme transfered from Temptressa to Psybot on the Orion server.
2) Some idea of how to succesfully contact a real human GM in the game

Does it say "bound to character" or "bound to account"?? If it's bound to account, you can put it in your shared bank. (Yes, I realize you may not have this option, but if it's not expensive I highly recommend getting it.) Then you can pull it out on your new character.

More than likely a GM in game is not going to be able to help you. And since it is the weekend, I doubt you will get anyone from Turbine on the phone either.

The shared bank is the best I've got for ya. Good luck.

Thanks for the helpfull reply. It is bound to the account, so the bank option is something that might work. However, I have already bought two 1500 point items and I'd like to recieve the benifit of them w/o buying even more high point items. I think that is fair. I'd also like to see some customer service connected with my purchases. I thought I read that there is 24 hour in game support somewhere but have so far not been able to tap into it. Waiting till the work week is fine as long as I can connect with a real human that can support the game. Anyway, thank you for you helpful and realistic reply.
