What tyoe of bonus comes from a paladin's aura of good? I gather from reading forum posts here that the description in inaccurate, and the AC bonus applies to all attacks, not just evil ones. Does this stack with Prot. f. Evil? Is it a deflection bonus, natural AC bonus? And what kind of bonus is Bulwark of Good?

That's a great link Gogan, thanks. My reading would be that Protection f/ Evil is a deflection bonus, whereas Paladin Aura of Good is a misc. bonus.
I still have a couple of questions though: what about Bulwark of Good? I'm guessing that's an additional misc. bonus. It's hard to see on my Paladin--I cun away from my own aura and see what's happening. I might try respecc'ing my enhancements to see what it does to my AC if I take BoG off.
What kind of Aura is the monk AC bonus? The Definitve AC guide doesn't mention that--I would guess it was either insight or misc--anyone know?

monk ac bonus is not an aura :P
the wisdom ac is, well, wisdom ac, it stacks
the inherant monks get every few levels is a centered bonus (but it doesnt need you to be centered to get it )

Bulwark and Resistance enhancements just improve the basic benefit of the aura of good; its 1 ac, 1 save base, if you have all the enhancements and defender 3 then its 6 ac 5 saves
