It would be the greatest thing ever, to give us access to armor dyes. I know most armors seem they have 2/3 layers, give us dye to tint those layers.

That would be cool, but I'd like to see it for robes & outfits as well.
Edit: Or perhaps NPC Armorsmiths & Tailors that could make color changes for a small fee?

I don't think they will ever add a tailor, given that they could have added a "barber" for hair cuts, but went the DDO store route.
There are so many different skins for each piece of non-named armor. The only feasible thing I can see them doing is something like they did over in LOTRO, where they give you a display slot that doesn't affect your armor class. Then they could sell a basic "display" robe, fullplate, chain shirt, etc, and have potions that you could drink to change the skin on it.. or just let us put any item that we find in that slot so we can put one in that we like.

I am 100% in support of being able to tint our armor! of course all my toons would be in green tinted armor but man would it make me smile!
