Ever notice that the exact same group, with coordination and teamwork, can complete a mission without any difficulty that causes the death of an identical team that just couldn't work together? OTS is a guild dedicated to bringing together adventurers who are capable of forming that first group.

Character level or experience is not a concern. The primary requirements are simply:

A) knowledge of team tactics in DDO, or at least a willingness to learn them, and

B) voice chat.

DDO has built in voice. Even if you don't have a mic (like me), you can turn it on to hear others.

Right, all you need is a headset to be able to voice chat, no outside software. If you don't have that, then I'd still be willing to consider you on a case-by-case basis if you can at least hear our voice chat and have a very good grasp of teamwork. If you can't at least hear voice chat, I'd ask that you not apply, because teamwork and coordination through voice chat (as opposed to stopping in the middle of a fight to type) are the entire point of the guild. There are several other very good guilds on the server already, I'd probably suggest Keepers of Xen'Drik but this forum has several others.
