Hi there anyone who reads this.

I very much want to purchase VIP and have tried to multiple times now.

I always get error code 30005 when it is trying to update my mastercard.

I've tried calling and leaving support tickets.. hopefully I can get some help here.

That error generally means that our billing system can't verify something with your card company. It could be the address, or the security code, or the card company could be declining the verification for any number of reasons, including the business classification they have Turbine listed under.

I'd recommend calling again if you're able. Hold times have been very short recently. Otherwise, they'll answer your email when they reach it in the queue.
