Please add a feature to display all the transactions on my ddo store account.

I want to see:

- Points earned from Favor, both by-character and by-server points
- Points from gifts e.g. veteran gifts, beta gift, prizes
- Points from monthly VIP subscription
- Points outgoing that I have spent on all the items along with the description of the item

Right now I keep hearing about people missing points but I have no real way of knowing whether I am missing points because it's impossible to track my transactions (except my purchased items which I get emails about).

Yes.

A full account balance needs to be implemented.Like yesterday.

I bought some points to play around with, but I won't be buying anymore until they detail the account data.

It is simply to hard to keep track of in its current form.

I'm still not 100% sure I got my monthly 500pts for being a VIP.

And that is the problem.I have no way to check.

Dealing with real money here now.

I want a Full accounting of all transactions.

I agree 100%!
In fact, I am going to stop using the DDO store until a full accounting of credits and debits is available.
If they want to act like a bank then they need to operate like a bank.
I am all for the Points system and I'm quite sure that I will be purchasing MANY points in the future but, the way it is setup now I am going to just stay away until it's fixed to display account information properly like any other bank does.

I'm sure i'm missing vip points for at least 1 month and possibly 2. I managed to get 500 points after sending "tickets" in. Apparently the store points are added when your subscription is paid. At least that's what i think it is. But I pay my account every 6 months. They are talking about giving accounts holiday bonus points but i can't even get my normal store points. An accounting of store points debits and credits is a great idea!!!
