Arw we still not getting our monthly DDO store points

Anyone else not getting them? Do they come at the first of the months or what. Have been ckecking for 35 days now and no 500 points for VIP.

Am I missing something?

You are supposed to get your monthly points within about 48 hours of paying for the month. Others have said this, and I confirm it as well after talking to CS the other day.

The guy said there is also a current problem where recent points may drop unexpectedly. I think he said it's only recently-earned points from Favor, but not sure. He said that problem has to be done by email/ticket since it's too time-consuming over the phone or some other person has to look up the numbers or whatever.

He said they do run a program every few days or so that re-updates all the points, so if you see some points drop, give it at least a few days before contacting them since the updating program they run Should take care of it.

If you haven't gotten your 500 points for VIP for over a month now, I'd just call them up about that.

I re-subscribed the other day and got mine within around 30 mins. No support requests needed, was surprised thinking I'd have to bug them

I haven't gotten any points either. I'm on the three month auto-subscription renewal, and although my account was renewed a couple of days ago, I haven't gotten any points yet.

I suppose my answer is on the forums somewhere. It's hard to find stuff like that though in forums (but I guess it's because only I give myself about five minutes for searching time..) heh
