Without a doubt, YES. It's THE best monk feat you can get unless you plan on using Staves. So make sure you start out with 15 Dex. Then try to get your Dex even higher to 17 by level 6 in order to get Improved TWF, and later GTWF. Either way you'll be wanting 18 dex minimum for Grand Master Wind stance - so it's worth it.

I cannot stress how much DPS you'll be doing when you just pick up regular old TWF. It definitely helps with Ki generation and damage. Best of all? You only need one weapon and you gain NO offhand penalty!

Just keep in mind, Regular, Improved, and Greater Two Weapon Fighting are the only TWF feats that will effect you. So don't go for the +AC when using two weapons nor the DR blocking feat.

You will not be dissapointed ; ) No single feat will raise your unarmed damage, survivability, and pure kick ass then TWF, hehehe.

It's a shame that most Monks, especially new don't know about it =(.

It does not increase your damage, but it does increase your attack speed.

No it increases the number of attacks. Essentially, it adds hooking attacks to your animation. I think non TWF monks do 6 attacks per cycle. GTWF monks get 9 attacks per cycle. They removed one attack in mod 9 right?
