Hi guys
How can i have a max out intimidate as a paladin?? The skill is cross-class, wich mean i only get half rank, but i keep seeing pally builds with 23 ranks (max) in intimidate, how is it possible? I notice lots of these builds are multiclass, either fighter/ monk/ or rogue, is that a coincidence?
Thanks for help...

multiclassing to a class that has intim as a class skill allows you to put up to a full rank in each level (2 points per level as opposed to 1 point for .5 ranks)
Those classes are:
Barbarian
Fighter
Rogue

18pali/2rogue will do it and get you evasion, but at that point you will also want to max Use Magic Device for heal scrolls.

Thanks guys, thats was fast!!! So even if I start as pally and later multiclass into figther, i would be able to put 1 full rank instead of one half.

Yup, but if its cross class it costs 2x as much

It's best to start out at 1st level as either fighter or rogue, whichever way you decide, that way you optimize your skill points due to the fact that taking intimidate (as well as every single other useful Paladin skill, UMD, balance, tumble and jump) is at double the cost. As you have more skill points at 1st level and fighter and rogue have skills you want to put points into, you end up with more total skill points.

To be clear, you can add a full rank per skill point while taking the Fighter, Barbarian, or Rogue levels only. You'll still have to use two skill points per rank when taking your Paladin levels.

You also can't put a full point into Intimidate until after you take the fighter/rogue/barb level. If you leave it until later you may not have enough skill points to catch up.
