Geez...

I know we're all clamoring for content and changes and whatever...but they really just need to take some time and get their legs under them. Fix all the outstanding issues, and fix their procedures that allow all these problems, both new and reintroduced.

I think someone shared the Mindsunder quest with you when you hadn't picked up your end reward from the last time. Once you completed the quest, it then pops up the end reward when the completion is done.

This happened in the past for chain quests where it would pop up the quest list after you got a completion for a quest you forgot to get the end reward for. I haven't seen it since but I always get the end rewards and never tested it again.

The end reward thing is an old school bug. Anyone remember the perma-bowls trick from the desert? If you got yourself in that mode, every time you completed the quest, the reward screen would pop up.

it still worked too, I had a toon perminatly doing that until they changed the pre-quest to do DQ

When they orginally fixed it. they only fixed it for that point on, if you had stayed there you could continue to recieve the bowl.
