Quarterstaff of Curse Spewing?! :)

Had a random wizard run by and give my new 2 monk a level 6 "+1 Quarterstaff of Curse Spewing."

When hit target must roll against DC 15 or be cursed.

Does that sound like some awesome monk-fun or what?

Have any of you ever tried a staff like that? Was it as much fun as I hope it will be? :)

i do and handwraps too. I love it. If you are at the cusp of barely getting hit...its like +4 ac once that black ball appears. Then stunning fist, quivering palm and everything else works great. it will become obsolete as will improved cursespewing. enjoy it while it lasts.

you've found cursespewing handwraps? I've had to stick to kamas because I never found any.

I'm with you Garth Jazs has never found and cursepewing or imp cursespewing handwraps to date, and i handwrap hunt ALOT.


As for the OP, yes at low lvl cursespewing can be fun to play with, helps your party land some of the more useful lowbie spells like Command or Hypnotism(Sure i spelled that wrong)

i actually bought them. After the mod 9 came out you could find improved cursespewing HW's. i got 2 +2 imp. cursespew of weighted. ton of fun in vale and lower. sucks in shavrath and meh in path of insp.
