Was just wondering on the base duration of power surge?

Number of uses is also increased through the extra action boost enhancement, correct?

Uses attack boosts.

And yes, more boosts = more uses of PS.

just one last noobish question if you would: how many action boosts does a character [fighter] get at 20 per rest period without enhancement?
