Make Crossbows available on Korthos

I really don't understand why they aren't available, and it would be super helpful to casters trying to make it through the early levels. It is a "simple" weapon after all.

As it is, I've got a wizard with the rapid reload feat and about 40 bolts I've picked up from chests... but no friggin bow. Rather annoying.

Because the devs didn't want to encourage players to make mistakes such as taking Rapid Reload on a wizard. It'll just lead to disappointment.

Well, now that I'm off the island and have a crossbow in my hand, I'm quite happy with it thank you very much.

Yes, I will remove that feat later on.

For one feat slot you could instead have a Heavy Repeating Crossbow.
