okay....so I did some beta in Lam and was a VIP as required before mod 9 start.
I ended my sub annoyed at the delay but decided to try out the f2p when it did come out.
The points I was supposed to get seemed much lower, I got around 1000 I believe.
I bought some stuff to test it out and also bought some content.
I bought Shavarath and the store completed my purchase and sent me a mail.
Took my points too.
However, I could not access shavarath, said I had to pay. Was out of points.
So I decided to VIP for a month and check it out anyway.
After about 3 weeks they refund my turbine points...cool.
So I did another month of VIP.
Still have not received any VIP points though (500 each month, right?)
Wrote a letter (about a month ago)..and I pointed this out in my exit survey but I guess they never read it.
They responded yesterday with a letter giving me my 500 turbine points...!! Awesome..
except it was supposed to be 1000 points.
I really think they need to work on quality assurance on these issues as well as superior programming. The cost of humans having to fix this coupled with loss of revenue from people who may skip a bit on VIP while waiting would be saved with good QA and programming.

I have to call you between certain hours, sit on hold, because email is not good enough?

Just hire someone who can program a little calculator.
as an aside.....: Would be nice if myddo.com actually allowed us to log in and do things with our toons (maintenance, move items around, etc) when we are bored at work but cannot play the game.
