Atari v. Turbine - Motion to dismiss Counter Claims

Okay, for those keeping track..

Atari yesterday filed a motion to dismiss (https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fbem/DocumentDisplayServlet?documentId=hU2t/NCvOlBc44JeKftt2g==&system=prod) Turbines Counter Claims in Atari v. Turbines lawsuit. Nothing spectacular mind you, but the Affirmation (https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fbem/DocumentDisplayServlet?documentId=hU2t/NCvOlDPZvC80Ka87w==&system=prod) just says these are a duplicate of what has already been filed.
There are some exhibits attached but all are copies of documentation in Turbine v. Atari.
