Now, more than ever, we need a new weapon: The Epic Flail

I know that new animations are crazy expensive, time-consuming, etc. However, if axes can be kamas (Dream Edge) and quarterstaves can be sickles (Shining Crescents), surely morning-stars can be flails. In that vein, I give you The Epic Flail.
