There are no +2 Tomes in the store rightnow. They were there for a weekend special a few weeks back then removed.

and at that time you needed to be lvl 7 to buy them

I think they should put em back up.. honostly a "new player" is already miles behind someone with 3-4 toons at lvl20.. I mostly want this so new players can have the same build-criteria as an old one and Turbine could make a couple of bucks for doing it aswell.. more money = more content = more player are happy ^^
