Nice. Which trap was that?


(as a side note my wizard died in litany the other day to that hallway of spinning spike traps because he failed a will save :confused: )

That happened in one of the new Harbor quests on normal....I assume it is an attempt to get around everyones splashed monk levels:eek:

Of course that was a flawed trap. If only he had just laid down while still in between the rails the ball would have gone over him and out the other side. :)

After continued looting this evening, I have to retract my previous statement....the quest was elite not normal....on normal the traps are mediocre.....but ya, take heed on the elite's..:D

Actually, there is ALOT of deadly low level traps out there. My guildies were talking about being killed by Tangleroot normal run and they were level 14s.

Yeah, I fell in the covered-up hole in the new Shipwreck Spy quest (elite) and suffered 1,437 points of damage :eek:

Just tonite I was running VONs on elite for favor and a spike trap in the VON 2 maze hit me for 534 points of damage :( In a level 10 quest! A guildie got hit for a combined ~700 points of damage from the slashing trap on the chest at the end.

Methinks they tweaked the trap scaling up a tad more than they should have...
