I pulled the Steady handed Armbands from Madstone and I put up on the auction house as a buyout for 100,000 GP. It was my only auction.

I head to the tavern to quit game and take a shower and by the time I arrived at the tavern the auction had sold.

Myabe 30 seconds. Maybe. Might have been more like 10 seconds.

Next time, I am asking higher.

When in doubt, if an item looks powerful or has a unique ability, post it once at 250k PP (2.5 million gold) for 3 days. If it doesn't sell, try again and again, dropping the price 50% each time.

LOL, I myself almost bought it, but thought 100k was a high price, not overpriced by the "standards", but very high for my wallet, and decided to take my time to think about it. When I decided I could do that gold in a day, that +2 AB would help me more than my 3DR from bracers and tried to buy it it was gone ;).
