Aren't VIP accounts supposed to get monthly points for free? I don't believe I have had any since Mod 9 went live! Has anybody received some?

You are supposed to get your points 24hours after your CC is billed. But there are lots of us, if not all VIP's, who aren't getting them when there supposed to and not receiving the priority support for subscribers on this matter either.

When I went premium I was miffed about not getting my points. It had been like 4 hours so i submitted a ticket on turbines billing page(billing.turbine.com) and made one post on the forum. They came in like 3 hours after that.

I had the same problem it's been almost 3 weeks and Turbine still never responded to my ticket. Might have to send another one before my VIP expires.

I went VIP and didn't get my points right away. I waited two weeks to see if they would show up, then I went through Account Support and within a week, I was awarded the points. I would suggest this route to get your points but have a little patience.

I have been posting my records in a thread in this part of the forums. That way I have documented proof.

I am on the 6 month billing cycle and that might throw it off. Still it is not like it is complicated programming.

Let me see, how many different ways can people be billed?

Monthly. Six months. Annually. Free.

That is just four scenarios to test and obviously, the programmers absolutely MISSED it.

If not FREE then
read billdate
If getdate() > billdate then turbinepoints = turbinepoints + 500 endif
else
turbinepoints = turbinepoints
endif

I could write and test that code in 24 hours or less. Now, if I knew their code and I had been writing it, I could probably have it done in one hour.
