My billing date is the 14th and still no Turbine Points. I know there is a delay sometimes but this has gone on too long now.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your points yet. If 48 hours after your billing date you still haven't received your points, we recommend you contact Account Support using the contact details in my signature. Account Support is backed up at the moment so it might take some time for them to respond, but they will get you your points. This is a problem we're currently working to resolve, and we're sorry for the inconvenience!

I am unable to post a ticket using account support as credit card number is required and I pay my ViP using game cards. Near as I could figure this was the place to get something rolling.
