Alright, so, there's a group of two with an LFM up for Weapons Shipment.

I'm like "Hey, easy XP."

So I join...on my caster, who, already has the Bauble, along with another tank.

So, at this time, the party is 4 - x2 sorc, x2 tanks.

The two were at the end, ready to go through. I'm already irritated by this point with the other 2 in the party. Learn the others had left...no wonder.

Anyhow...

Get started with end fight. Right around the time of the 4th "orb" popping up, the leader (the other sorc) says "hey! you wouldn't believe the number of hits I'm getting on this lfm! One's even a FvS, but I think we need a healer..."

I educate said leader that a FvS IS (can be) a healer.

FvS joins party.

Gets in as the Titan & Pit Fiend are having it out.

Finish end fight, up pops the chest.

Bauble drops, pulled by one of the tanks. Tank does the right thing and puts it up for roll.

Says roll d123.

FvS rolls d123, sorc rolls d100.

Party explains to sorc to re-roll the RIGHT roll. Says that the "fair" roll is d100 (he wouldn't have won anyway...).

He finally rolls d123 (after about 4 or 5 more d100 rolls).

Loses the roll. FvS wins the Bauble for 30 seconds of work.

I love it ;)

Sorc BLOWS up. I mean REALLY blows up.

I speak my piece and drop party.

I'm sure I'll have a few PM requests ;)

Bottom line - you don't wanna group with this guy.

OTOH I would be ticked about the work vs rewards issue, course i also know how to roll the correct dice and such and if I lose fair and square i'll say grats and continue with my life :D

Guess it was one of those "you had to have been there" type situations to experience said caster blowing up first hand :)

I think some actual comments made (without the name) would have gotten it at least up to a 7 or 8. Some of those are the funniest.

I called TBS, they said it hit moderately funny, but fell short of mighty funny.

BTW, it wasn't Arnn was it? I don't remember him whining anytime recently, but you can never tell with that 1/2ling shadow humper.

Actually, I just remembered shipment has the succubi, so that adjusts the score up to a 6 on that merit alone. Maybe a 6.5.

The Bauble was pulled by a tank that (obviously) had no need for it.

The tank that pulled it said it was up for roll.

The Sorc didn't pull the loot.
