Disappeared Favor??

I recently came back to the game (used to subscribe early this year, and for a couple years before) as a premium member (by default, as being broke hasn't changed). However, when I logged into my main character, I noticed a bunch of my favor was reduced, and I'm left with things like the Cartamon quests not being finished. I'm able to open (without being in a party) Devil Assault on elite even though my Adventure Compendium says that I don't even have it on normal. I don't have Twilight Forge done, but I have Titan Awakes finished on elite. I have the Sanctum: Church of Fury on hard, but Sanctum: Quench the Flames hasn't been completed, neither has Fane of the Six: Cleansing the Temple. There are way too many prelude quests that aren't complete while the end of the chain is complete. I've tried relogging hoping it was a graphical bug, but it didn't work. I was wondering if any other returning player had, or is having, this problem, and if it was a known issue planning on being fixed, or if my account is just screwed...

I'm not trying to say you're wrong or mistaken, but the things you've described are possible through legitimate means as well. Particularly Devil's Assault -- that quest was always openable on any level... in fact it only recently was given favor; it was originally favorless and intended to only be around for a short while. Others you list aren't like that. I don't know about the Titan (I'm flagged but never ran that raid), but most chain quests are possible to do higher parts without having done prereqs -- you get favor and xp but not progress towards the series completion (and someone else must open the quest to make it possible).

I hope they're able to resolve it for you.

You can't do the warforged titan raid (Titan Awakes) without having done the pre-quests. It's completely unpossible. I'd contact account support about it.

You can't do it NOW without completing the preraid, but before you could complete the raid without completing the Twilight Forge (Please change it back to this! I know plenty who don't want to step into there now because of the changes).

Anyway...OP..I think you might be experiencing this due to going premium where those quests are no longer available to you? Otherwise you might have not updated originally and then just received the favor for the other parts under the old system where you didnt need to be on that part?

I noticed a similar problem when I logged in last night. The character I'm leveling was at ~1100 favor before last night. I logged in and it only shows me at a little above 500 favor. I have been VIP since I came back a little over a month ago.

Usually when I have a problem with favor nothing shows up at all, this is the first time it showed me as having less favor than I actually do. As a matter of fact, I got my first tier favor reward from the Agents of Argonesson lady last night but when I looked at my favor log, it showed me as having 0 favor for AoA?

I'm chocking it up to a glitch, as several other quests on the list that I had completed were showing as greyed out (not completed). If it's that way when I log in tonight I'll submit a bug report.

I had lost favour when I came back aswell. My sorc is at 1720 ish, yet I definately should have at least 1750, because 32 point build is definately unlocked.

I didn't even know that the Titan raid can now be done without doing the preraid...quaint change. For the CO6 chain, I know that the prereqs don't actually have to be done in order to do the higher ones, but having once been one of the prominent quest runners for my guild once upon a time, I assure you that no chain that I've started has been unfinished at least on normal...and I haven't even heard of a player with multiple high level chars (14+) not have the cartamon quests done, even on norm. As for Turbine's customer service, I already know that they probably won't do anything about it (I guess sending in a ticket and waiting a while isn't too hard, though).

As for Devil's Assault, that could very well be the case (and that's fine, but I'm missing at least 200 pts of favor on my main, and that's just to get me back to my 1750). I mean, I already used the tome, and a better one, so I don't really care about that, but I spent a considerable amount of effort getting the favor. I don't even know if any of my others are suffering the same fate (the four slots I chose were my main, a drow sorc 16, my lvl 15 wf barb, a 10th lvl elven ranger, and a low level wf as I assumed that I'd get at least enough points from the favor from my chars to buy wf back). I was just curious if others were going through the same thing. Thanks, and hopefully, we all get our char's all fixed up (not that that's likely).

you HAVE to do the twilight forge now...you used to be able to quick man through it..not anymore :(

Oh, yall meant that ya have to do it in full, and not just the skip through tricks. Yeah, figured they'd make that alteration sooner or later, but that's not a big deal to me.
