I think this should be the next change to shroud.... Norm 1 large, Hard 2 large, and Elite 3 large (Last chest of course)

I like this idea. 2 and 3 for hard and elite might be a bit too much in terms of the increased difficulty. But maybe a chance for 2 or 3 to drop would be a nice added incentive.

It took me 3 runs of TOD to craft +9 strength ring. It took me probably close to 10-12 runs of shround and some plat to craft a min II shroud item.

That would work too; you might find that Stones become the scarcest if this is done as they are the #2 most frequently needed in crafting.

I do think something needs to change or add somekind of trade smalls and mediums for larges or something becuase i do not enjoy running shroud 15 times everytime i want to make a duel shard greensteel

I think what they did in ToD to encourage and reward Hard/Elite play was very good and thoughtful. Seeing similar mechanics applied to other raids, in some manner, would be neat.
