Copper Sigil

hi, i'm a Cleric liv4 and i've find a Copper Sigil to reward for a quest.
i've chose this itema but i don't find it in my inventory...

is normal?

Not in the inventory it auto put it into effect so you unlock lv.5 - 8

Look at the experience bar at the bottom of the screen.
It will now say "level 4 of 8" instead of "level 4 of 4". :D

Also, it you hit "P", the quests log will now show the list of level 5-8 quests.

actually the level bar won't say that anymore... it's on the character sheet.
