Tome Retention Greater Lesser?

Ok so NO tome retention on True Res. These are a simple direct questions:

Do you retain your tome on Lesser Res?

Do you retain your tomes on Greater Res?

Yes, you get the bonus when you reach the current minimum level to eat that tome.

yes on both

they get aplied on the new minlvls, means if you have eaten a +3 at 20 and reincarnate you get a +1 at 3, a +2 at 7 and the +3 at 11 (and +4 at 15 but you have only eaten a +3, so that doesnt apply)

Logical to assume +5 will be 19 whenever it gets added?

Just to be clear that mean if you took a +2 int tome at level 1 you are loosing 5 skill points? On the other hand if you used one at level 16 you are gaining 10 skill points?

Assuming starting int even and did not put level up points in int.

Ok so other than making sure that I hit all my completions to the nearest number 20.
The Four +3 tomes My toon has eaten won't go bye bye and I have the ability to go from 28 to 32 point build.
KEEP my MAXIMUM FAVOR!
Repec my skill points so I dont have a Rank 22 SPOT on my cleric ((lol))
Ensure that I don't put 1 Ability point STR and 1 Ability point in Charisma ((dumping all into wisdom)).
Starting out with an 18 CON ((instead of Base 10)).
Starting out with an 18 WIS ((Instead of a 16))
Starting out with an 8 Charisma ((Instead of a 14))
