Best place to get bags

I'm lvl 7. I have about 90k gold saved up. I was thinking about buying a medium bag. The in-game cost in gold is around 85k. If I buy it, it'll virtually clear me out. Is this a good price? Or should I hold out and hope that I get one as a loot drop, on sale at the DDO store, or on the AH?

I'm in the same boat with my main character, although I have about 200k gold at level 8. I think I'm just going to buy the medium one for 85k, I have no idea where to try to get one as a loot drop. Constantly running out of bag space because of collectibles is annoying.
