No. They get a to-hit bonus though.

Edit: Note that the Improved Uncanny Dodge feat will negate this flanking bonus.

As stated already, you do not lose any AC bonus, but the mobs receives a +2 to hit. (or more if the DEVs give the mobs the same enhancements we get.)

i.e. Fighters have an enhancment line that increase attack bonus when flanking, I believe fighters can get an additional +4 to hit, giving a total of +6 when flanking.
