To answer your question:

* Level Cap 20
* W/P Still Very Effective...(takes about 3+ seconds more to obliterate a mob)
* New "Crafting"
* New Weapon Effects / Improvements : Improved Destruction, Imp. Cursespewing, Imp. Shattermantle, Imp. Parrying.
* No new PrE`s........ :mad:
* New gear Combos tied with Effects based on your PrE`s.

Turbine Store, Reincarnation in the mill....... (More easy buttons and bar lowering of course)

People stopped screwing things up randomly. All quests/raids now come with people that comply with leaders wishes and instructions. You might not like it here now... although I hear that randomly hearing babies scream in the background is all the rage, so you'll still fit in... ;)

actually i will be the noob for awhile just had to log off cause to much info at once have to buy kehgeld to play him and buy this to level him and buy this to go on this quest...FREE HA!

Just start the power grind... 100 favor on toon (25 Turbine Points), reroll, 100 favor on toon (25 Turbine Points), reroll... See you in about 5 months... :D

Thank very much, if I have been playing W101 with my son lately so i might actually surprise some people with a different attitude. ALOT of people can learn ALOT of things playing a game with chat focused towards the younger ones. I know I have, in the time I have been playing not ONE angry moment, go figure...

here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=185146) is the downgrade FAQ, it may answer some questions. Basically yeah, if you go ftp you are going to have to make a few one time purchases to get going again. You will have 4 char slots i believe, and need to buy more if needed. Wf'd, monk, FVS, will have to be purchased (unless you have the 2500 favor for fvs). Shared bank slot i believe will have to be purchased, then of course content. The content seems to regularly go on sale, and once you purchase it you're good, its yours so long as the servers stay open. Then when new content is released you will have to purchase that.


Here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=205963) is a pretty good breakdown of how to do it and how much it will cost. It will also give some fairly compelling reasons to downgrade to f2p over vip if you can shoulder the upfront cost.
