Well - end game gear vs leveling gear is a big difference...

For end game gear - here is a decked out list (copied from the Exploiter build):

Eyes Tharne's Goggles (Tharne's Wrath, Sneak Attack Bonus +5, True Seeing, Search +15, Spot +15)

Trinket Litany of the Dead (Turn the Page (CL:12, 3/rest), Litany of the Dead - Ability Bonus, Combat Bonus, Taint of Evil)

For mid-levels levels I suggest you focus on the following gear first:
Holy Bow
weapon sets of: flaming/ pure good

Robes with deathblock and ideally invulnerability
20 tapestries
STR ring
DEX Gloves or Boots
WIS Ring or Helm
Bracers of Armor
Best protection item you can find (likely will be a cloak)
Leave your neck/ trinket/ and cloak spot free of stat boosts if you can, since they have the best swappables

And for low levels:
Anger or Pathfinder set, depending on if you are STR or DEX based.

Water Works loot (its all bind to account now - so +2 stat items and nice clickies, and poison immunity items for a level 1 - all available)

Goggles- Tharnes/DW clickie
Outfit- Icy Raiment
Bracers- +8 ac
Ring 1- Tempest ring
Boots- Gyroscopic boots/madstone boots/boots of anchoring
Gloves- +6 STR/DD and OL if you have a rogue lvl
Ring 2- Chattering ring/FF ring/Disease immunity (Though i have yet to get chattering ring)
Belt- Belt of the defender of siberys or Any +6 con of GFL from mod 9 content
Cloak- Min II Hp cloak
Trinket- Bloodstone/Head of good fortune
Necklace- Lorriks(When buffing for sp and in ac mode)/Tempest set/Optic nervs/silverflame/jorgundals collar/cartouche
Helm- Minos legends (Although i might craft another GS in the future)

And yes i have all these items, cept for the chattering ring :(
Takes a long time of grinding but its well worth it.

I missed out on the pathfinder set and got the nimble one instead. Are there other quests where I can still get it? I'm still lvl 2 (almost 3) and just got to Stormreach.

You can only get the Misery's Peak end reward once; so you can only get one korthos sets per character.

then u can do the quest again for a different set

And again bumping the old thread - at the high levels no need anymore for a +5 resistance item (I see none listed above), or is there just no room and the +3 from the icy's is adequate?

Also, is a concordant opposition item something that would be useful for a ranger (exploiter build) or is it really a waste of large ingredients for that build? (I think my hp item will be my cloak, with +6 wisdom, and trying to decide if I should go with concordant opposition there or not)

Con/Opp is *useful* in the sense that it can allow you to put your +6wisdom in a slot that otherwise would not be open to a wisdom item. It's not a bad 2nd or 3rd shroud accessory choice, but I'd definitely put it behind a SmokeII or MinII hp item priority wise.

I'd go for Ex. Stalemate II first, personally, provided it'll get you to no-fail Heal scrolls. I've found my exploiter only needs more than his base 400 HP situationally. That's easily obtainable via other routes. (Yugoloth Pots, Bard Songs, Greater Heroism, Madstone Boots, Ship Buffs). And the ability to no-fail Heal scrolls adds for more health in every other case. Getting to no-fail as fast as you can will save you an immense amount of money too. And you'll also be able to no-fail Resurrection (far better than Raise Dead) scrolls. If you're at a base HP of 400, the Min II item can wait.
