I was excited to get these until I saw RR Halfling! Want to see if anyone out there will be willing to trade +3 of no RR or dwarf RR. Thanks.

Just some advice... whats the min level?

I think it might be 9, but I could be wrong. I will check tonight and edit my first post.

Not trying to be mean... just giving you some info :)
Tangleroot gives +3 str/dex/con items for end rewards that are min lvl 5
Delera's also has +4 str gloves min lvl 7... etc.
But those are not free to play so you may have some luck in a trade... but the vender maybe the best bet.

Now if your Bracers are min lvl 3(which I dont think is possible because rr +4 stat items are min lvl 7) - Also +5 stat items min level 9 are common. Then you could make some cash or trade for sure :)

Basically the min level of items determines the value.
Thats why low level items on the AH are so expensive.
