Elmental Arrows

So here we are reaching level 20, we can cast spells that kill several monsters at once, raise people from the dead at full hit points, travel to other planes to do battle. Legendary warriors are we.

And yet for some reason while level 3 wizards can create arrows covered in magical fire, not a single vendor can sell us these or other types of elemental based arrows. I have to ask myself, in this world of high magic and artificers is there really no vendor in all of Stormreach or any of the other town sized places we travel that can craft us some elemental arrows?

Is the scare that ranged will get more powerful? Is it that arcane archer will be somewhat more underpowered as a PrE?

Devs can we please get a reasoning behind why these aren't available as either arrows or bolts?

They are working on stronger quivers so the arrows don't burn through them.

Seriously though, it is a good request and should be looked into to add some diversity to the few archers there are out there. Sure, we can change bows but having an elemental effect as well as the bow effects are hardly going to make ranged fighting overpowered.

Vendors should sell +1 Holy arrows or +2 elemental arrows to anyone.

The House D brokers should sell better:

75 favor: +2 Holy, +3 Elemental, +5 plain, +3 of all relevant metal types (silver, etc)
150 favor: +5 Holy, +5 Elemental, +5 of all relevant metal types
250 favor (or some other milestone close to the House D favor cap, not sure what that is): +2 Holy Burst of all relevant metal types, +5 Elemental Burst, +1 Greater Bane of all types, +5 75% returning.


This will help ranged characters inch closer to the power level they should be at, it will remove plat from the economy, and it will encourage people to buy Sorowdusk Isle.

But i do want to bring this back up for discussion really it is not understandable why we can't buy stacks of elemental arrows from any vendor regardless of if it is favor or not.
