Me and my friend have waited a few weeks and have failed to receive our initial start-up points. I have read over and over what they said and no where do I see an explanation for why the points haven't arrived. We are both extremely aggravated since we signed up pretty much for the sole purpose of these points since we do not have characters able to access any of the VIP content aside from the shared bank. Turbine must be a Microsoft affiliate these days, didnt expect to get jerked around like this.

Pretty sure you get them at the end of the "billing cycle", meaning when it renews ... I don't agree with this and I hope I have been misinformed.
I have no DDO points after signing up as a paid member again, nor the bundle of points from being a beta-tester, preorder purchaser, or from over one year of service. (quit a month in to Orchard / Abbot Module)
I sent in a "ticket" over a week ago, and no reply, auto-generated or otherwise. The support sucks royally for this!
In fact the ticket isn't even attached to my account page, or in-game via a character. It is a crappy "fill out this web-form with your email address" version of support which lacks any credibility or even notice that it was submitted properly, or received.
I guess they laid off all support when they jumped the F2P train ...
