How to access new area quests?

Someone was suggesting I go just now, went there, but can't go in even after getting quest. And no way I can buy the quest pack area too. What am I doing wrong?

1st. Do you meet the minimum level requirements 17+

2nd Are you a VIP (Premium account) rather than Free to Play? It would appear from the feedback thread titles F2P can not preview content that they would normally have to pay to access once the mod goes live.

Yeah, I'm level 20 in beta. But, ah.... I'm a Premium account holder. Not a VIP.

No wonder I couldn't get in. Couldn't buy the area either. At least that confirms my suspision on why I couldn't go in and help the cleric that invited me in to go.

Oh well. I hope that cleric was wrong about the named wraps dropping there. I'll head back to Necro II farming instead.

To get into the area you need be level 16, at least to get past the gate.

Not sure about entering a quest however, but 17 was enough and was able to handle them.
