Missing points, and can't buy them

I am a returning founder and have resubbed to a VIP account

I have not received my 500 monthly points for being VIP
I have not received retroactive points for favor earned before the switch or any veteran bonuses
I can not purchase points from the store because I live in hawaii and the store will not accept CC billing addresses from hawaii

I am getting kind of frustrated here because its making it difficult for me to play the game, I submitted a ticket almost a week ago and have gotten no response

so what am I supposed to do?

Sound like we are all in the same boat. No points from helping launch their game, nor the points for returning as a paid player instead of F2P.

No sticky here, so it isn't worth 10 minutes of a mod's time to try and educate / pacify the masses.

I honestly have had way better service playing REAL F2P games, like Jade Dynasty lol.
