experienced player, will come with up to 4 people...but more likely 2 of us. if there is a combination like this in Khyber please let me know. Both new to perma death playstyle, but old school RPers. Thanks.

I'll admit to also being quite intrigued by the Perma-death idea, can't seem to find a guild yet though.
Fairly experienced mmo'er(been playing since pre-kunark eq), love grouping, usually play the pally/cleric types.

Consider Trying out PD Halls of Valhalla on the Ghallanda Server, the guild has only been running since late July, we welcome experienced players with open arms.
Have a gander at the ruleset, and either PM me or find me online with Narc in the name

there are permdeath guilds on Khyber all you need to do is search the guild listing thats either online in game or go thru the top post on the khyber guild listing and look for a permadeath guild.

The Core is always seeking more. We have been on Khyber since February. I have been away from the DDO Forums for a while and haven't put any effort into recruiting, but some fresh blood is always welcome.
The major differences between our guild and others I know about include the following: we don't use shrines; we live off the land (except via chests, no transfers of anything to any other characters, so you shouldn't have to use the mail system or open any trade windows); we don't use House Phiarlan or House Jorasco favor buffs; only clerics or favored souls can raise dead, the lone exception being a character using Use Magic Device skill and a raise dead scroll she pulled from a chest. And finally, no solo'ing after level 2.
After 10 months of playing this way, I can testify to adventurous spirit of this play style. That +1 shock dwarven ax your dorf fighter pulls from a chest becomes incredibly precious. And the wand of scorching ray your halfling sorcerer took for an end reward is a genuine lifesaver when you're 3/4 done with Tear of Dhakaan and almost out of mana before the boss fight.
The flip side: Death stings, no doubt. I lost a level 11 28 pt. build elf ranger/rogue arcane archer to phantasmal killer. And I've lost many other characters. But I don't consider it a waste of time because everything they have done is earned while they live.
