Now I will admit I like being able to get non stop groups sometimes, its leveled me very quickly on my cleric. But sometimes it gets very old getting invited to group after group, without even an indication of what the groups for. I was invited to a Devil Assault at level 5, which the party was so high, I would have got exp even I was capable of healing the maniacs running all over the room, also got invited to a level 3 groups norm Kobold Assault at level 8 so THEY got no experience. Today I came to the conclusion that it would be much more satisfying to repeatedly wipe the party than to do something that gives me no experience whatsoever, and that I totally dont want to do, so for your groups benefit, ASK the healer if they want to come heal for your quest next time, because it might just be me. :D

just click no on blind invites and then look on the lfm panel to see if that person has one up. then choose to join or not as you will. Blind invites are terribly rude and usually don't end up well. :D
of course if its a friend then a blind invite is a NINJA and that is okay

If people blind invite me once, I decline - if they do it again, they are squelched.
On the other hand, if people send me a tell asking "want to heal Tempest's Spine elite", I'll consider joining the group.
Blind invites are really frowned upon and considered bad form by most vets. When I get them, I reply and politely tell them that. If they repeat or have a problem with it, I squelch them, but usually people are just ignorant. With all the new folks, I expect the problem is a little worse than normal. Most clerics go anonymous for this very reason. You might consider that since you should always have LFM groups available to you as a cleric.

Then i spend the next 2-3 minutes being a complete tool. where is the quest? how long will this take my mommy told me i only have 15 mins till bedtime? does this quest give lots of flavor points i really need to hit my next level and only need 50k more?... you get the picture... then i belittle the inviter for another min about how i was kidding and blind invites are totally rude and uncalled for before dropping group.
I figure if they want to mess with me i will mess right back and waste their time as well, because now not only have i goofed around for about 5 minutes but they have to repost to get another.
Rude... probably
Funny... definately
Learning experience... hopefully

OP: The question is, will you be back complaining later that you cannot get into a group. Personally, I would much rather be wanted to the point of being annoyed, then be constantly declined.
Some problems if you think about it, are good problems.

Never accept a blind invite, it is the sign of an bad group that doesn't know what its doing. Instead just join using the LFM grouping tab and clicking on things that look good to you. As a cleric, its also often a good idea to go on anonomous, you do that by clicking the box on the "who" page.
If you don't see a group you like, start your own on the LFM grouping page. Groups started by clerics tend to fill quickly because they know once you have a cleric you can start right away, you don't even need a full party most of the time :)

Blind invites are bad mkay. Decline the invite and wait for tell. It's bad form to invite someone to a group without telling them what quest they are running.
It if gets too unbearable go anonymous with your cleric until you're level 10-11. By then the blind invites should have ceased. You might get the occasional tell, but at least they're asking you. :)

I made the mistake of doing a blind invite. I should've let the group wipe, bunch of a-holes. Now that I'm level 8, I get them quite frequently, and won't join unless I'm bored. Or..I might have to ask for a 'tithe' first ;)
